I am so tired and weary. My child has been on and off heroin for the last 12 years. Recently has been using daily again but is now seeking help (again!). I just don't know where to go from here. Sometimes I just want to walk away, but how can I leave, I may be the only friend they have. I somehow blame myself (although told time and time again it is not) and as I write this just want to collapse into a heap and cry forever.
