Online survey – families of former members of the UK Armed Forces with substance use problems

Thanks to funding from Forces in Mind Trust (FiMT), Adfam is working with the University of York to find out about the experiences and needs of families of former members of the UK Armed Forces with substance use problems, before utilising these findings to develop a new peer support intervention.

Today we are launching an online survey to hear from families first-hand:

If you are the family member of a former member of the UK Armed Forces with a substance use problem, please tell us more about your experiences by taking part in our survey. Your support will be of immense value in helping us to develop support for families affected by this issue.

The survey will take up to 45 minutes to complete, so make sure you’re sitting comfortably with a warm brew at the ready!

By taking part you can choose to be entered into a draw to win one of two £50 High Street vouchers.
