Child to Parent Abuse Befriender Day - London

20 Oct 2017

Do you have a child who uses drugs or alcohol? Do you struggle with their abusive behaviour?

Join us for a day in London to find out more about child to parent abuse and drugs and alcohol, and meet people like you. We will also give you skills so that you can befriend other people going through similar issues. After the training you will be matched with a buddy and can then discuss your issues together, either in person or over the phone.

This day is open to any parent or guardian (including grandparents, kinship carers, foster carers etc.) who has experienced abusive behaviour from a substance-using son or daughter (of any age). Abusive behaviour is not just physical – it can also be verbal, emotional, financial etc.

When? 10am-5pm, Friday 20 October 2017

Where? Resource for London, 356 Holloway Road, London, N7 6PA

To find out more – and to book a place – please read the FAQ and fill in the online form.
