Adfam welcomes Suki Thiara to the team!

21 Mar 2018

We are delighted to welcome Suki Thiara to the Adfam team, who is the new Youth and Community Support Worker. Suki will be working on our Building Family Recovery Project in Newham. This project is funded by The Big Lottery until September 2019.

Suki has worked in health and social care within a wide range of settings. He has a background in youth and community work along with a therapeutic background and has experience working with young people, adults and families.

The main aim of this project is to strengthen family relationships through parents training workshops, peer support, youth activities along with family activities. We want young people and parents/carers to be part of this process to help design and identify what support they would need or like.

Feel free to email Suki if you would like to know more about this project.
