That where you say you wouldn’t use if you had your kids. Chances are are mate.. You would. I have done and I’m not proud one bit. Addiction makes you do stupid things. It’s all about recognising that voice in your head which tells us it’s OK to use when it’s not. We use so many excuses to use, arguments, road rage, stress, work, it’s just are brain making excuses to use. So we need to be mentally stronger. Don’t let anything beat you down. Try and stay positive. I’ve tried everything to stop. Hypnotist, safes to put phone and keys in, handcuffs to handcuff me to the bed lol.
