I do believe it is a hidden dependency and one that goes under the radar. I wonder how much the authorities really know about use of OTC codeine based products. I know Australia banned them and also you cannot get any codeine based medication in America OTC. It is a huge no no. I wish they would ban them because we all know we can go to a chemist and get a box as easy as buying a pack of mcvities!!!!!
