Families affected by co-occurring conditions in Sunderland

Adfam has received funding from the Dulverton Trust to deliver a programme of support in Sunderland for families affected by a loved one’s co-occurring substance use and mental health problems. In consultation with some of those affected, we have devised a programme consisting of three elements:

- Support

- Influence

Activities began in early 2020, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the support and influence activities have been postponed until later in 2021.
