Online survey - Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD)

Adfam is pleased to have been awarded a Department of Health and Social Care / Department of Work and Pensions grant to increase support to the families of children with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

This project will have two elements:

  • a national programme of CPD accredited training on understanding the needs of families raising a child with FASDs;
  • the development of support groups for families with a member who has FASD.

An early step in that process is an online survey to help us identify how we can deliver better support to the families of children with FASDs.

We would be really grateful if you could take the time to complete this brief survey. It consists of 9 questions and should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

The last question in the survey offers a chance to register interest in further involvement in the project including the training and the support group development.

You can access the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/W38LKLC

If you have further problems or further questions please contact: Rob Stebbings at r.stebbings@adfam.org.uk.
