The Adfam team will be taking a break over the Christmas and New Year period. Our services will be closed from 20th December until 6th January. - Samaritans – 116 123 – if you need to speak to someone. Available 24 hours every day
- Call NHS 111 for immediate medical help
- Call 999 in an emergency or if you are at risk
- Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm to midnight)
- If you don’t want to speak over the phone you can Text SHOUT to 85258 or visit Shout

- Nacoa – advice for those affected by a parent’s drinking. Call 0800 358 3456. Open 10am -7pm – Every day other than…12am – 6pm – 24th, 25th, 29th, 30th and 31st December
