Hi Paula,
You’re right. I can’t do this alone. I’m having a private consultation tomorrow with a counsellor and I’ve also got a 1-2-1 assessment on Friday with Forward. Also bit the bullet and made an appointment with my GP for next week. Thanks for taking the time to reply x
