Rehab has been refused by SC as not financially viable … they won’t fund it… she has been in drug therapy for 15 years with Clearways and lately CGL …. to no end … Rotherham SC has still not recovered from the rape and abuse of 1300+ young white girls by Asian Men while SC and the Police stood by … SC is throwing all its resources in that direction at the moment …. While Kinship care can be used free of charge they will use it …. I understand their predicament ….
