Hello everyone. Just thought I would tell my story because I found it helped me reading others story’s. well I’m 33 now and I suffer with A.S and I have to take codeine everyday as you all no you end up taking more and more. Now over the past ten years this is my 3rd relapse because I get pain free and a few weeks later it comes back so I’m back on the pills so here I am again I was taking 740g of zapain yesurday I took six tablets of codeine witch was 8mg each now today I ain’t took any I don’t feel to bad like I have done in the past just hot and cold. headaches. And can’t sleep. And out of breath when I go to do something but other than that it’s been ok this time but has I’m writing this I’m getting a really bad belly other than that that’s it just wondering that you all do when you try to go to sleep I’ve had like a hour all night. Thanks for all your story’s it help more then people no thank. But if anyone has any ideas of the sleeping situation I would really appreciate it thanks ????????
