It’s a lonely world isn’t it when it such a normal pain killer given for so many reasons and we end up so reliant on it. The imodium works and honestly the physical symptoms do go quickly it’s the cravings once their gone thats hard to manage. Im not at all encouraging you to take it but if you are maybe buy some normal cocodomal from chemist as it’s such a lower dose and take that instead to help with the symptoms and slow come off it. That’s my plan anyway but if yours doses are quite high u many struggle dropping that low. And please be careful at work, I’m not judging you iv been there and done it at work, but if you get caught it could ruin your whole career. I also have always had anxiety but since this addiction it’s been 100 times worse and makes me struggle with so many things now. Another reason to kick this horrible addiction.
