Has anyone got any advice for insomnia? Iv gone from 90mg a dose down to 16mg so in 2 days I’m going to stop them completely. My withdrawals haven’t been as bad as usual this time but I cannot sleep 🙁 my heart beats too fast and I can’t settle and I’m only 3 hours a night. Has anyone any advice? Does anyone else also suffer dizziness coming off them?
