Hiya, I have failed miserably again today.. I’ve taken the same amount as I took yesterday so no reduction! I have built up this fear of the withdrawals and the first sign of them, makes me run to the nearest chemist… please can you give me any advise on how I can overcome this fear and just do it!! Massive respect to you for finding the strength to do this whilst working. I have taken time off to detox in the past but end up straight back on them as soon as I return to work.. I need to find a way of overcoming the fear of working whilst going through withdrawals! Sorry for the negative rant.. I hope you’re doing ok today.. keep me updated
