Hi sinead that is a lot of nurofen plus a day. Have you not suffered health problems? I’m not judging i was also taking nurofen plus but around 15-20 a day and that has seriously messed my stomach up. I would advice you maybe tapering if you can as the side effects will be pretty intense at first. Good luck
