Codeine14years, to be totally honest whatever dose you stop on you will probably still get withdrawal symptoms just hopefully not as bad as stopping from a high dose. Well done on cutting down from what you have though. I also used to take nurofen plus and have also had a stomach ulcer from it. Swore to myself now I would never touch them again. There worse than the codeine on it’s own because of the ibuprofen. I know the withdrawals are scary cos they feel horrendous but remember there very temporary, they last 1-2 week. Like a bad cold. And then there gone forever. Worth it in the long run and you can get your health back. Good luck 🙂
