Hi , i am just starting out on this site, and so glad I did ! I am reducing as well , it’s such a vicious circle, I really appreciate what you just shared , I feel about 90 years old right now , it’s been since last Sunday I have cut my dose , it’s still not good I expect to be wondering around hi fiving people ???? but I am not , it became my full time job , just nice to have people who I can talk to , thanks again, sorry if I have over done it
