Definitely! I first went to an AA meeting when I was 18!! I knew from a young age my drinking was “odd” but nowadays it’s such a mix of people, men and woman from all backgrounds.. it definitely works, I’ve heard of people trying all sorts of treatments costing all sorts of money but AA is free and works!
