I’ve only taken 2 Nurofen plus tablets so far today. I didn’t take any from 6pm last night until 10 am this morning. I can’t decide when to take another. I’m having anxiety today and stomach cramps but pushing through it. I’m not sure work is helping me lol but if I were to be home that wouldn’t help either. I’m hoping I can stick to 6 or 7 tablets today max! How’s your day been going so far or you feeling like you can do 3 today?!
