I’m on 3 so far and I’ll take 1 more before bed and that’s it for today. Tomorrow will be the real test because I’m in work and that’s when I like to take them. I like taking them to do the cleaning as well, I don’t know why but they just help me get through everything quicker. See that’s awesome and proves you can do it so when you have a bad day you can just think about it and give you motivation to do it again. Have you been timing each time you take them on your phone?
