Hi Sophie my story is so much like your I started with a few tabs from my dad for headaches it progressed to a long ten year addiction to dihydecodine, I started cold turkey today took two tabs at eight this morning, that’s it 17 hours longest ever I have to see a doc tomorrow about some kind of replacement but think I am going to tough it out, everything people say about addiction is so true but I didn’t realise it was so wide spread it’s everywhere affects so many
