Hi rosiegold I’ve been taking co codamal for the last 15 years and I have tried many times to come off them,even been to the doctors for help in kicking the addiction,no joy there,so like you I have decided to go cold turkey,but so far its only been 24hours.sweating a lot at the moment,just been for a walk in the rain,this will be my 2nd night,hope I get through it.im 72
