Yeah I tell him about what else the money can be spent on and he hates himself for it. I can tell his mindset and thinking is improving and he’s trying hard not to use as much or as often.
I’ve messaged a guy he works with today to tell him that everyone needs to stop offering it to him. He says no the first time to them but then they say ‘go on, just have a bit’. His mate messaged back to apologise and said he didn’t realise how bad it was.
About 2 months ago he stopped going out with his mates because they use too so he’s cut out that social aspect, it then that makes it hard for him cause he’s stuck at home with me all the time until he can find himself a hobbie.
