I feel your pain my boyfriend has been addicted to coke for 5 years and its hell watching him destroy himself. The truth is an addict wont seek help until they realise they have a problem and want the help. Have you spoken to a doctor. I can’t really offer much advise but you need to look after yourself as hard as that sounds.
