Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m 46. Im well and truly addicted to 30/500 cocodamol, taking on average 20 per day. They make me feel crap. It’s almost like a habit in taking them. I get about 4/5 minutes of happy feelings then nothing. After reading the previous comments I’ve decided to go ‘cold turkey’ which I’m
dreading as I hate feeling poorly. I’m just gonna try. I know as soon as I feel I’ll, I’ll reach for the cocodamol. Luckily I’ve got some 5mg Valium so if I feel too I’ll, I’ll pop one of those and take myself to bed. Wish me luck x
