Hello. My advice would be your not taking that much so don’t get worse, stop now and it will be easier. So your taking about 10 paracetamol? I was taking a considerable amount more than that, but yes your right it’s damaging to the liver. You can do it. You’ve recognised and your young. Don’t get to the stage that the others of us including me have got to. Bring it down to 4 doses then 3 then 2 and 1. Good luck x
