I am so sorry about your loss. I hope your doctor is sympathetic to your situation, especially considering you’ve just lost someone so close to you. I’d be optimistic as possible and hopefully if this is the first time you’ve ever done something like this and haven’t got any previous criminal record that even if it does have to go to the police they’d not be harsh on you considering your situation and that you are vulnerable as an addict and in the midst of grieving.
