Jaynhissay, thank you for sharing. If you don’t mind me asking, why do you do it? Do you realise what a hold it’s got over you, do you want to break it, do you actually just enjoy it too much to care? My bf knows exactly what he’s doing to himself and to us. He tells me he’d stop if he wanted to, then tries and can’t. What I try and get across to my bf is how much better our lives would be if we didn’t have this in his life, does that even make a difference. Would that make a difference to you?
