Wel that’s good then mate. Just keep telling your self 1 day at a time. You will get there mate just believe in your self and stay positive. What ever gym equipment you have got, write down a 2 week programme, even put some other things to do in it. I’ve just done another and put do some decorating on mine. I’ve been for a 2mile walk this morn. I was up at 5am meditating. It sounds stupid meditating but it really does help.

Alot of addiction is negative thinking and then that devil on your shoulder telling you that you will be OK. But we both know what the downer will be like. My last relapse on boxing day my heart was pounding for 4 days I had bad anxiety and I just can’t live like this anymore.

I know what u mean about the gyms pal. I’m the same, it’s sent my head west this lock down and I’ve had enough. We just need to keep busy mate. my email
