Hello Dodo and well done .!! 4 days is amazing . You should be proud of yourself . I was taking between 20-30 codeines a day for a long time and finally managed to stop . 2 months clean and to be honest,after the first week I felt so much better ,both physically and mentally . Am a different person now . I understand you don’t want to stress your partner but trust me ,it’s a lot easier to get through this with a support of our loved ones . I do t think I could do it without that support. If you don’t want to tell your partner than maybe a good friend ? Councillor ?
