Sadly I relapsed last week, the anxiety was too much for me and I couldn’t get to a doctor so just gobbled from pills. Disappointing but this will help me in my next attempt. Going to go to the doctor and see about getting on anxiety meds prior to the next stopping attempt. Using codeine to manage anxiety is bonkers.
