Hello and welcome to this forum . Most of us have taken years to admit we had a problem. And trust me ,none of us wanted to be in this situation …I was taking up to 30 a day (30mg ones) and when I run out I would take a box of Nurofen plus and solpadeine max in a day …shocking now when I think about it .If it’s easier for you to taper then do it as it’s definitely a safer and less painful way .
