I have read your post 3 times now and in all honesty I am saving it as my survival guide when I get to the point of no pills. I am currently tapering myself off Nurofen Plus also. My if I could go back in time I would never have put one in my mouth but anyway hindsight is great and all that! I think u are an absolute hero for taking cold turkey on and to take the time to write such a comprehensive post to help others is so incredibly decent. You will see there are a number of people on here that have conquered the demon codeine and continue to help others on a daily basis. It is so humbling. Please do join our WhatsApp group, it makes u feel so much less alone especially if family or partners dont know.
