Adfam homepage offer advice and support. There’s also Drugfam Al- anon and Icarus trust. I’ve heard many people here have had great support from these groups.
You could also Google your nearest help group.
This chat forum has been a great help to me over the past couple of years especially when I felt I couldn’t talk to my friends or family for fear I would be judged having a son with alcohol and cocaine addictions.
