I’m not on any medication as day to day my chest is absolutely fine.

I’m relatively fit and active with no underlying health conditions.

As soon as it takes hold , I seem to zone in on my chest area and it’s like I hold my breath and become scared to breathe properly. I find it difficult to sleep after taking cocaine so regularly take a diazepam to combat this and I am starting to wonder if this is part of the problem
