Hi Jane just wondering how you are doing
did you manage to come off them? I know it’s been a while since you posted. I was on them for 16 years !!! I am 8 months clean but it was hard and well worth it . I don’t even think about them now whereas before my life revolved around the bloody things
Anyway I hope you did it but if not keep trying cos it usually takes a few attempts before you finally succeed
