I unfortunately had to take one of those little devil pills 3 days ago due to the amount of pain I was in because of my endometriosis. It was either that or a trip to A&E where they would just give me strong pain relief anyway!
It didn’t make me feel high whatsoever, which I think is a good thing. But it did ease the pain greatly. I’ve not had the urge to take any since. It did trigger my anxiety a tad but I think that’s understandable.
It gives me hope that if I ever need strong pain relief in the future I may be able to take them like a ‘normal person’ although I have no desire to touch them again. Never say never!
Anyway I just wanted to come on here and be transparent as I believe it’s important to be honest and accept that we are only human.
