@CazAndy thanks hun people think it’s the cold turkey that’s the worst bit but it’s not it’s over and done with within a week , yeah it sucks but I just thought of it as havin the flu real bad !!! Sounds crazy I know !!? (And you’ve gotta really wanna stop to do it this way) It’s the integrating back into society that’s the hard part. I’ve just joined the gym (I hate it) but I always feel good after because I’m doin something positive. Life is hard for everyone we’ve just gotta learn to turn to something else rather than drugs.
