Thank you for sharing your story. I’m sorry that you feel lonely and perhaps don’t have someone to share how you are feeling about your parents alcohol addiction. its a really hard thing to deal with.
I work for a charity called The Icarus Trust. We support people like yourself who are living with the affects of a family member’s addiction. We offer a free service called ‘Family Friends’. If you contact us one of these experienced trained volunteers would talk to you. Maybe that would help you to make sense of what’s happening. Its always good to talk to someone who understands what you are going through.
