Hi my partner has been a alcoholic and drug taker for a long time and finally decided to go to AA after being caught drink driving he has been doing amazing and is on his fourth month but he then dropped a bombshell on me saying he doesn’t love me want to be with me

So sorry that you are in this situation. I think sometimes the addict becomes very selfish and need to be on their own to do their recovery journey.
