After 15yrs of marriage my husband admitted he was a alcoholic, this was after the worst time in my life when my husband betrayed me in a most horrendous way. After I saw a solicitor to instigate a divorce he decided he would not drink again that he had too much to loose and the alcohol had made him make some very bad choices. He has now gone 8months without a drink and he is like a different person, our marriage has actually grown stronger and I can now see a future, it’s not easy but I believe it can be done.
