I’m so sorry this seems quite trivial after reading some of these threads but I feel so alone. I would say my husband is a functioning alcoholic. We have been together for 25 years have 3 kids and are so happy. When he gets home from work he drinks, every night at least 8 cans of larger and a bottle of whiskey, it doesn’t seem to affect him, there is no change. He drinks till he falls asleep on settee then gets up for work no problem. He has started to wet himself in his sleep which makes him come to bed! That’s it, this is repeated every single night! I haven’t told anyone and I hide it from the kids. I feel like friends would just look at me, it’s not like he does the typical alcoholic things, but I’m scared for him. This is bad right?
