My dad gave up alcohol about a year ago and recently started again without an explanation. It’s getting so much worse than it used to be and I believe he does other substances also considering some of the things he is doing wouldn’t happen by simply just drinking. It’s honestly really scary and I have a 12 year old sister that hasn’t been through this before. I don’t want her to feel how I felt but there’s nothing any of us can do.

Hi emma, You don’t say how old you are. Go to your family Doctor and tell your story. Or tell your Teachers at School, if you are younger. You need to be removed from this situation, it’s not right or a normal enviroment. If in a dangerous situation call 999.
