For the last 15 years of a 20 year marriage l see my partner is still on over the counter tablets/painkillers. Not to mention all that they get from the gp. My partner has been saying that they need painkillers for their bad back etc. Now using a waking stick to exaggerate how bad this is.
But this morning l caught my partner running to get to a pharmacy before l came back to the car. Running, l don’t know who was more surprised- them to see me or me to see them.
I’m fed up of having money stolen from me etc only to find that you can’t argue with them with as I’ve ended up feeling like I’m losing my marbles.
It’s time for me to go to my own meetings for me and stop pretending all is well between us.
