I need help I need someone I’m 63 have 2 druggy sons the 45 yr old is disabled had meningitis at 9 months old special schools I don’t no if he’s telling truth had this since he was 28 but last 3 yrs he’s been worse got council flat can’t cope not used to bills and budgeting drs been out he’s starving has hypothermia from begging food money is on verge of septicaemia he’s on methadone program but drs saying 7 yrs has distroyed his immune system social services don’t seem to care
