What happened to you when you were on coke that you have never been able to talk about with anyone?

Everything I do! I’m a secret sniffer so my behaviour is bizarre and I’m so ashamed it isn’t a social drug for me at all. It makes me paranoid and I can’t speak off it. I sit there looking into space my mind is empty but I can’t stop il desperately in need of help
