My brother has been a alcoholic for a long time now and lives on his own and is at the point where he needs help and been told he needs to go to hospital but is refusing to go as he is scared and they said that he is dying i don’t know what to do to help him as i think he has given up he has mental health problems and i love him very much ad been through a lot in the past with him and don’t want him to lose his life through alcohol. he has said there is know help out there as he has tried because of the pandemic he has been stuck in his flat .has anyone got any support or help that i can help for him i am so scared of losing him and anxious he is 44 years of age i don’t know if the severity of his liver damage is gone to far now . Any help would be grateful.
