don’t really know what to do. relative uses drugs despite having capacity to make their own choices and knows this only leads to misery. It’s difficult to know how much to attribute to their mental health issues and how much is purely nihilism at the cost of everyone who cares for them. First time writing and at an impasse as I feel physically and mentally drained. Not sure how much to give despite knowing running to every emergency severely inhibits my capacity to live happily and functionally.
