My partner has a drink problem and he says he is going to give up. He usually says he will cut down and he has but this morning I told him to leave and he said he will give up totally. Is that achievable?

Hi Janw, it is achievable and trying to give up totally is a big step. It will be easier if he does this in conjunction with therapy and/or medical help imo
